Can I exchange my case if I ordered the wrong one?

Yes, you can. If you ordered the wrong case we will be happy to assist you exchanging it. Just email us at hello@natch.tech.

Does Nátch protect against major drops?

All our cases come with a 360 degrees dropdown protection, which protects your phone at all times from drops. However, as we haven't done official tests yet, we can not claim that our cases are impact cases.

You have cases for Android devices?

For now, we do not have cases for android devices but they are definitely in our list of to do. Stay tuned!

How do I take care of my Nátch Case?

You can clean your case with soap and a wet cloth.

 Can the case decompose in my pockets or bag?

Our cases are made to decompose only in a composting environment. If you notice your case decomposing with normal use, please email us hello@natch.tech and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

I haven't received my order yet. Where can I find it?

If it has been more than 30 days since you placed your order, email us at hello@natch.tech and we will be happy to assist you.

Does my order have a tracking number?

Yes, it does. You will receive it as soon as you place your order or in the next 24/48h.

Why is a discount code not  working?

If your code is not working, first, check to see if it still valid and it applies to the product you're trying to buy. Some codes are valid only for a specific time frame and do not apply to all the products. If you still have questions, please email us at hello@natch.tech.
