Politique d'expédition

We ship all of our cases in as minimal packaging as possible.  This means that 99% of our cases arrive inside of a small brown envelope with a personalised message for each customer.

We have two shipping methods available:

1.Free Shipping - Most sustainable and lowest carbon footprint.

2.Express Shipping - Included tracking* and faster shipping time.

Both shipping methods include a 24-48 hold for processing. Also, tracking is dependent on the country of delivery, not all post offices continue the tracking process all the way through.

General Shipping Estimates For Pre-Order Items

Please bear in mind, all shipping times are estimates only provided to us by our delivery partners. Shipping times are subject to many variables such as volume, weather and human error and we try our best to give you accurate times! :)

Please note when shopping, items with "pre-order" will have the same ship times, plus 2-5 weeks for restocking.

BELGIUM:

Free shipping: 3-5 business days

Express shipping: 1-2 business days

*Both are subject to customs clearance which can take longer.

 

EUROPE:

Free Shipping: 5-7 business days (after 24-48 hour processing time)

Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (after 24-48 hour processing time)

INTERNATIONAL: 

Free Shipping: 14-21 business days (after 24-48 hour processing time)

Faster Shipping: 10-14 business days (after 24-48 hour processing time)

*Both are subject to customs clearance which can take longer in some countries.

 

Customs & Duties

While we do everything we can to ensure you are not charged customs fees, ALL International orders (outside Europe) may be subject to duties and import fees especially on higher value items.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer if they occur.

If you decide to not pay the import charges, email us at hello@natch.tech to inform us that you have refused the package.

We sincerely apologize for these charges, however, they are currently beyond our control and we are actively searching for solutions to this issue. We want your experience with Nátch to be a positive one!!
